EXCITING NEWS FOR 2017!
Tejas Sprint Triathlon as you know it, but in a NEW LOCATION! Now, Tejas Sugar Triathlon will be held at Sugarland Memorial Park! Participants will swim 500 yards, bike 10 miles and run 3 miles before finishing under the Pavillion at the park. Race size is limited to 600 participants!
Tejas Sugar Tri will be held at Sugarland Memorial Park! It's a FLAT AND FAST course - perfect for beginners AND seasoned triathletes. Race Maps are coming SOON!
Entry fees and categories are listed below. Please note that these prices do not include the credit card processing fees.

This event is USA Triathlon sanctioned. A current USAT membership card must be presented in person at packet pickup. USAT mandates that the member must be present to pick up a packet. Packets MAY NOT be picked up by friends or family members. USAT phone is 719-597-9090
When you register for the race you can renew, purchase annual, upgrade or purchase a one day USAT membership as a part of the registation process!!!

COMPUTER CHIP TIMING & RESULTS
We will have computer chip timing with all split times, including transitions. OCCASIONALLY A SPLIT IS MISSED due to a misread or improper chip placement on the ankle. We apologize in advance if this occurs.
Everyone will have to use the chip provided-you can't use your own chip!! Timing fees are included in race registration fees. Complete results will be posted at http://www.eztoregister.com and www.out-loud.org as soon as possible after the race.
Awards will be given out to the overall Male and Female and overall Master's Male and Female. Age group awards will go 3 deep. Age groups will begin at 14 & under and go in 5 year increments through 75+. There will be Clydesdale (men over 220 lbs.) and Athena (women over 165 lbs.) weight division awards at 3 deep. Relay awards will go 3 deep in men's, women's, and co-ed categories.
Sponsors will include Bicycle World of Houston, Texas Sports Chiro, Kona Printing and Dr. Pepper Snapple.
Two charities will be the recipients of the proceeds from this event, along with volunteering on the course.
Volunteers are needed! All will receive a t-shirt and refreshments. More information coming soon!
